Vectra was born when a team of entrepreneurs decided it was time to grow the business by bringing in an outside marketing firm to help.

When that one didn’t work, we brought in another.

And when that one didn’t work, we tried again and brought in another (You may be seeing shades of yourself right now).

And when that one didn’t work, we decided we needed a new approach. One that it seemed other marketing companies didn’t understand.

An Approach

DESIGNED TO HELP YOU GROW

We knew we were looking to take on a challenge in a new market. We knew what we wanted – leads. And we knew what these other marketing companies had lacked – communication. They consistently didn’t understand what we were offering, couldn’t communicate their own value, or even understand our business model.

So we took it upon ourselves. Get some smart people, put them in a room, start marketing, then if that works, start marketing our existing clients. Then if that works, go after other clients.

Vectra’s name came from 2 meanings:

  • A vector is a type of design file that retains its quality no matter how big or how small it gets. We knew that in order to succeed, we needed to make sure we put out quality work no matter how big we – or our clients – became.
  • A vector is also a type of line with a start and no end. If we wanted to enter a partnership with a business, it was on us to keep that line continuing forever by providing more and more value and return than what they were expecting. If a client put 50% into the relationship, we needed to put in 500%
